An evening of candlelit yoga and reiki with Lynn Abbott

December 20th, 6-8pm at the Columbia Falls Studio

Join Lynn for an extended restorative yoga class in combination with gentle hands on touch of reiki, to help promote healing through relaxation, harmony and balance. Come in your pajamas or comfortable clothes and dress warmly as the body naturally cools down during relaxation. Bring water and your favorite blanket! All abilities welcome! $25 per person.
