This is a 4-day, 30-hour live online training with Mollie, plus 20 hours of guided self-paced study. Mollie has designed this course for anyone looking to facilitate energetic practices using Himalayan Kriya, advanced pranayama, and mantra. Through the lens of the Koshas (5 energetic layers or bodies), the 3 gunas (fundamental tendencies), and the 5 Kleshas (obstacles), we will examine the ways we — and our students — go from living unconsciously, to experiencing a radical shift using these timeless technologies, and ultimately embark on an awakening that alters our experience of life.
This course is for sincere seekers only — and it will require that you take on a specific daily meditation and commit to significant practice with the material prior to bringing it into your classes. As such, Mollie is prepared to support your journey beyond the course with specific practices, recommended routines, continuing study and one-on-one support. You will leave the course with all the tools you need to succeed — although it’s up to you to have the motivation to change the way you show up in the world.
In our lineage, we use Guru Mantra Meditation to focus our mind on a single sound of nature, repeated over and over within our consciousness, which tunes us to a deep vibration and a sacred frequency. It’s not a new method; in fact, it’s been used and passed down in the lineage of Kriya Yoga for thousands of years, including through great gurus Lahiri Mahasaya, Sri Yukteswar, Babaji, and Yogananda, (the renowned author of “Autobiography of a Yogi”). In this course, you will become part of this lineage, too.
The Tantric practices you will experience are thousands of years old and come from the birthplace of yoga in the Himalayas of India. In this course, you will be initiated into specific kriya, pranayama and mantras so you can experience them for yourself, which ultimately empowers you to teach them to others from the heart.
