Wee Bees - approx. 4 to 5 year-olds
This six-week series is designed for pre-school aged kiddos to experience the basics of yoga through creative and imaginative movement and play. Integrating yoga poses, games, crafts, books and other mindfulness activities, the kids will improve their cognitive, motor physical and socialization skills while having a lot of fun! No previous yoga experience necessary!
Busy Bees - approx. K-5
This six-week after school series is designed for students to fall in love with yoga! Through creative movement, breathwork and mindfulness activities, kids will walk away having had a lot of fun while also learning to use yoga to help them feel great! With each one-hour
class building on the next, kids will be able to use a suite of yoga skills that help them be mindful, take notice of how they are feeling, and use their yoga tools to shift their energy to one of positivity, kindness, and courage. No previous experience necessary.
Kids are welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes early.
