Angela is a devoted explorer of body, mind, and spirit, and has held a lifelong passion for holistic well-being. This passion led her to the yoga teacher training program at Yoga Hive Montana. Angela has immersed herself in various modalities, from meditation, mindfulness and Pilates instruction. Drawn to the profound wisdom and ancient traditions of yoga, she felt a calling to deepen her understanding and share the transformative power of this practice with others. Her classes blend alignment, breath awareness and mindful movement to cultivate inner peace and strength. Angela finds joy in chasing (or being chased) by her husband Jim and two beloved Chocolate Labs, Ranger and Lark. She cherishes time with her two grown sons and two daughters-in-loves. She also is an avid hiker and loves to hear the mountains calling.
