Here at Yoga Hive, we're all about creating positive habits that help us be brighter versions of ourselves... and getting to our yoga mat daily is one of the BEST ways to do this! Join one of our friendly teachers every weekday (Monday-Friday) from 8:30-8:50am MST for 20 minutes of yoga. No matter what your ability level is, you'll find this practice accessible, and educational! Everyday is a new instructor with something new to offer — which is what our yogis often say is their favorite part about Yoga Hive teachers!
Our live instructors each teach with their own intuitive rhythm. You'll learn pranayama (breathwork) practices, asana (poses), kriya (dynamic movements), inspiration and intention, and mindfulness/meditation. Each day is new and fresh... join us to get your day started on the right foot — your Morning Buzz! We'll spend approximatley 5 minutes in breathwork practices and 15 minutes in movement. |

Aren't able to make it but still need 20-minutes of yoga?
If you can't make the time every day, you can always request a recording of any class by emailing your requested date to support@yogahivestudios.com. A friendly member of our team will send you the recording as soon as possible, and you'll have three days to watch the recording before the link expires!

To start the trial, you'll be billed just $1. We have a feeling that you're going to love your daily 20-minutes of yoga! If you'd like to continue following your trial, you don't have to do anything! After your trial ends, your card will automatically be charged $7 per week every week, for a minimum commitment of 4 weeks.
If it's not the right fit, just let us know! Email our Manager, Brittany, at manager@yogahivemontana.com to cancel within 48-hours of the end of your 7-day trial and we'll be sure you won't be charged again. Can't start right away? Sign up and select your own start date so your membership begins exactly when you want it to start! Your Morning Buzz membership includes access only to the 20-Minute Morning Buzz classes. If you'd like to upgrade to include all of our online classes, just reach out to Brittany, and she can help you find the package that works best. |
