Shelle is a 500-hour E-RYT trained at Sattva Yoga Academy in India, rooted in the tantric tradition of yoga. She has devoted years of study in Vedic Astrology (Jyotish) with some of the greatest living teachers, blending timeless wisdom with modern application. Known for her ability to embody the teachings she shares, Shelle doesn’t just study yoga and astrology — she lives them fully, bringing authenticity and depth to every offering.
She leads numerous Yoga Teacher Trainings each year, both in Whitefish, Montana, and internationally, guiding students through transformational journeys of self-discovery. Shelle also curates and guides retreats all over the world, weaving together yoga, meditation, sound healing, and Jyotish to create profound and lasting shifts for her students. Above all, Shelle is intentional, compassionate, and deeply committed to her students’ growth.
