An Ayurvedic Professional, Panchakarma Specialist, Sacred Ayurvedic Bodywork, and Reiki Master and working on her 500 hour yoga certification. She loves to help people uncover their true nature and a live life of harmony and happiness.
Michelle finds solace in the natural world which encouraged further study of Nutrition, Ayurveda and Yoga--which she began practicing 20 years ago. Along this quest for knowledge, she studied under renowned teachers such as Rabbi Gabriel Cousens MD, Panchakarma with Corinna Mahariani, Ayurveda with Vaidya Jayarajan Kodikannath, lineage of Kundalini Vidya through Swami Chandrasekharanand Saraswati among others. Through Omkara Healing Arts, Michelle shares her invaluable wisdom inspired from these teachings along with insights garnered from many years spent dedicatedly exploring spirituality.
