Our destination is an 18th century Tuscan estate set amongst the hills and olive groves in Northern Tuscany. The property has
been completely restored and decorated elegantly in classic Tuscan style with plenty of indoor and outdoor living
spaces. There are several outdoor sitting areas for guests to gather or seek solitude, a large outdoor courtyard with
sun umbrellas for eating al fresco, a glass house for eating outdoors in slightly cooler weather, beautiful, landscaped
gardens, a swimming pool, a woodfired pizza oven, a dedicated yoga studio and an outdoor grassed area for
practicing yoga.

What to Expect

Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed with open arms into your relaxation haven for the next few days. As you meet Shelle, your retreat guide upon your arrival, you'll have the opportunity to settle in prior to our first delightfully prepared group dinner.
Throughout the next few days, we'll gather throughout the resort to practice yoga and meditation, share optional activities, go hiking through the beautiful pathways, be enveloped by a delicious sound ceremony and even enjoy a cooking class! Best of all, you'll have time to indulge in the space, integrating what you need to fill your cup and recharge your heart in this magical, soulful space.
Our Tuscany Renewal Retreat will offer plenty of time for both personal exploration and group excursions. As with all Yoga Hive retreats, this Tuscan adventure is meant to restore your center as you take a few days away from the stressors of everyday life, connect with others doing the same and return to your soul through the power of nature, the principles of yoga and the power of community.

Accommodations & Amenities
The rooms are simple and furnished tastefully in local Tuscan style. As the building is old, the walls are very thick which means the villa stays cool in the summer months. Laundry facilities are also available.
There is a large communal dining area and several alfresco options to enjoy meals and share experiences together, a
private swimming pool and a wood-fired pizza oven which we make use of during our retreats.

With views overlooking the forest and olive groves, one can fully savour the serenity of the Tuscan countryside. There are also some excellent walking trails through the woods surrounding the villa and yoga studio.

Practicing yoga for more than 20 years, Shelle Kuntz is a living testament that yoga has the power to keep you centered and nourished despite all the ups and downs that life may throw at you.
Passionate about the unlimited benefits and potential of yoga, Shelle believes that yoga and its teachings are a blessing for us all and she is eager to share her love and knowledge with you. Shelle is an RYT 500, ERYT 200 in the Himalayan Tantric Tradition with certification in Energy Medicine Yoga, Himalayan Kriya Kundalini, SUP Yoga, and Yoga for Pregnancy. Known for her unbridled positivity and unique ability to spread love and light into any situation, Shelle’s classes offer mindfulness, breath work, and a thoughtful flow of movement sprinkled with wisdom and joy. She views the spirituality and science of yoga as an avenue for each of us to find our true selves, increase our awareness about the world around us, and elevate our consciousness. Rest assured you will her leave her classes feeling positive, refreshed, and ready for whatever lies ahead. Having the opportunity to travel the world over, Shelle has a deep respect for all cultures and brings a breadth of wisdom and insight to each of her classes. |

Since 2000, Shelle has lived in Whitefish, Montana with her husband and beloved golden retrievers and together they have raised three beautiful children who are independent thinkers currently making the world a better place, each in their own way.
In addition to yoga, Shelle’s favorite activities include gardening, hiking with friends, making music, volunteering, and spending time with her grandbabies, Teddy, Henry, and Dot.
