A space to move, breathe and just be - this hour will help give a framework for TWEENS to tune into themself and find regulation without the use of technology.
TWEENS will learn restorative yoga techniques, calming breath work practices, how to create their own mantras, spend time journaling and practicing 5-min meditations, experience dance, and collectively build mindfulness & personal sovereignty. |
