Every day for 40 days Velvet will teach a new Kriya Set (combining yoga, intense breath work) and meditation to support your intentions, strengthen your commitment to doing your part to make your resolutions come true and surrender the ego and mind so you can receive help from the Divine, in whatever way it is offered.

For our yogi's on an Unlimited Monthly Membership, we are happy to be able to offer this series to you at a discount. Please only choose the Unlimited Monthly Studio Members option if you are indeed on one of our monthly plans.
