A challenging fusion of yoga, strength training, and cardio that pushes your limits. Resistance bands and blocks amp up the intensity, creating a full-body workout set to high-energy music that keeps you motivated and moving.

This class combines vinyasa yoga, cardio, and strength training to elevate your heart rate and challenge your practice. It's more intense than Vinyasa Flow but less fitness-focused than Power Sculpt. This class transforms physical movement into a pathway for inner exploration and personal growth.

An energetic yoga practice that links breath with fluid movement. Seamlessly transitioning between postures, each class offers a unique journey of physical and mental exploration enhanced by breath practices. Every instructor brings their own creative style, making each session a fresh and invigorating experience.

An intentional style of yoga that focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, and holding poses with intention. Unlike more vigorous yoga styles, this class moves at a deliberately unhurried pace, allowing practitioners to deeply explore each posture and maintain a strong mind-body connection.

Hatha Flow is a class that focuses on proper alignment, conscious breathing and mindfulness. Emphasis is placed on longer held poses, flexibility, balance and concentration. The intention of this class is to relax and rejuvenate the body and calm the mind. A great class for those interested in stronger postures, basic alignment principles, and adapting more challenging poses for their own limitations if needed. All levels encouraged and supported.

Gentle Yoga is a Hatha-based class for all levels.  If you are new to yoga, you may find this class particularly welcoming.  There will be a mild flow and it moves at a pace that allows everyone to follow along easily.  There will also be modifications offered to anyone that is challenged by a particular pose.  If you are nervous about trying yoga or getting back into it, this is the perfect class for you. Additionally, if you prefer a softer, mindfully paced class, Gentle Flow will be a perfect addition to your weekly routine.

Restorative yoga allows us to relearn the art of relaxation while developing the skills and abilities to self-soothe. It enhances our healing capacity through helping us regulate the stress response and re-balance the nervous system. In a restorative yoga practice, the focus is not on stretching or strengthening but on releasing. We release tension in the muscles and gently stimulate the organs through long-held poses designed to support and comfort. To achieve comfort, a variety of props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, sandbags, and eye pillows may be used.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced, passive type of yoga that incorporates long holds and deep breaths for a stretch that gets right into the muscle fibers. Yin yoga is the perfect complement to more vigorous Yang-based practices. Yin yoga involves a series of seated and supine postures, typically held for 3-5 minutes at a time. During these prolonged periods of stillness, the yogi experiences a surrendering sensory awakening that melts away residual tension and stress. Long Yin yoga holds are also known to release repressed or stored emotions, leaving the yogi feeling lighter, clearer and completely relaxed.

Yin yoga is an excellent practice for beginners. It gives them plenty of time to uncover the unique benefits of individual poses without worrying about tricky transitions. It’s also a tried and true technique for yogis of all levels to experience full body release. Those recovering from an injury or looking to lengthen versus strengthen will feel right at home in a Yin yoga class.

Vin Yin is the best of both worlds! Class begins with a vigorous Vinyasa Flow where you will work your body from head to toe and then transition into a Yin sequence to receive the benefits of deep hip opening, twists and more!

Energy Medicine Yoga is an integrative yoga practice accessible to students of all levels. The power and comprehensive practices of EMYoga incorporate pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, visualization, journaling, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping, nutrition, diet, body image, and belief systems. The practice includes asana poses, breathwork, meditation and Energy Medicine techniques such as acupressure holds, Neurolymphatic Reflex self-massage (a unique and powerful way of working with and clearing your lymphatic system), and energy channel clearings. EMYoga will help unlock the language of your body to amplify your healing power – mind, body, and spirit.

The beauty of energy work is that it translates into every facet of your life—from what, how, and when you eat to how you think and how you feel about your body, mind, and life. It only starts on the mat. EMYoga touches every area of your life because energy touches every area of your life. The result of this practice is a deep love, appreciation, and acceptance of yourself just as you continue toward your best self. This is one of the most powerful takeaways: self-love. From that place, all healing, transformation, contentment, and peace are possible. Being in flow with life, having gratitude for your very existence and experiences, joy at your abilities, compassion for others—these are the gifts life has to offer and the fruits of your EMYoga practice.
