This class is for all soon to be mothers and mamas who have already experienced birth who are looking to be more in-tune with their bodies within a supportive space to experience, unwind, and grow.

Hi I’m Hattie!
I’m a born and raised Montanan who has practiced yoga for the last 15 years. While the course of my life has taken many different directions, I have always found my way back to yoga. I have recently completed my 200 hour certification and am passionate about providing a safe space for folks to explore what their own practice means to them. Outside of the yoga studio, I am a birth and postpartum doula and photographer. I have an extra special place in my heart for working with and supporting moms. |
