We'll begin Thursday evening with an aerial class and information from 5-8pm, heading full-steam into each Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7:30am-5:30pm.

We want you to teach!
We know ya'll have a strong yoga practice and now? Well, it's time to kick it up a notch and get into the silks!
We're excited to be expanding Yoga Hive and our Whitefish footprint! Our studio will hold 10 participant silks plus one for you, the instructor! It's the perfect size class for an amazing aerial experience. In this training, you'll learn over 60 aerial yoga postures, deepen your physical practice, and leave the program with the confidence to lead others through any style of aerial yoga class you desire! |

Why aerial?
In Aerial yoga, the silk is kept close to the ground and becomes a swing which can support the
body in many postures that are difficult on the ground. With the support of the silk, these postures can be performed more easily and with less strain on the body in mid-air.
It is suggested that in addition to the emotional, physical and spiritual benefits of all yoga practice, Aerial yoga has particular benefits for strengthening and stretching the whole body, decompressing the spine, improving circulation, boosting digestion and lifting one's mood. In particular, aerial yoga strengthens the core as well as
the arms and legs, while supporting the body in mid-air.

Course Content

We will start off with anatomy basics, both energetic and physical. You will enjoy different styles of class each day of the training. We will break down and practice teach over 50 aerial yoga poses, and cover safe cueing for each one.
Our Course Content Includes:
CertificationUpon a successful test out class taught during the training, you'll receive a Yoga Hive Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Certificate.
Yoga Alliance CEU hours will be available for anyone interested. |
