FLOAT in the aerial silk hammocks as you are guided into meditation.  Soft music and the weightless feeling of the hammocks provide the perfect opportunity for full relaxation and the ability for a restorative meditation, like a sense of wakeful rest.  The overall experience will feel like you're floating on a cloud, and you'll never want to leave.

How to Prepare:

• No prior aerial experience required
  
• You will be safely instructed into the silks to find your floating Savasana and guided out following the meditation
  
• Dress comfortably for relaxation
• Bring your favorite water bottle

This special class may be booked using a Single or One-Off Pass and any of your Unlimited Memberships, including your Year of Unlimited Mat and/or Aerial Memberships and Columbia Falls Only Membership! No class packs may be used to book this class.
