Class Cancellation Policy

• Class credits, memberships and absence from classes are non-refundable.
• We have a 2-hour class cancellation policy. You must cancel at least 2-hours prior to your class.
• Late Cancellation Penalty:

                    For limited class credit holders (drop-ins, class packs) no shows will result in the loss of the class credit.
                    For unlimited class holders (memberships, intro offers) late cancellation will result in a $10 fee.

• No-Show Penalty:

                    For limited class credit holders (drop-ins, class packs), no shows will result in the loss of the class credit.
                    For unlimited class holders (memberships, intro offers), no shows will result in a $15 fee.

• We are not responsible for no-shows due to late arrival, and the penalty will still apply. Please arrive for class early or on time.
• Class Passes are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable to other persons. They are subject to time limits. Always check your expiration date before and after your purchase.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

In a perfect world, every workshop we schedule will proceed, and every person who registers as a participant will attend.

However, as we all live in the real world, the following policies will guide our collective expectations when things don't go to plan:

We do not issue refunds on workshop registrations.

If you register for a workshop and later become unable to attend, we will gladly offer a studio credit to use toward an future event if you notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop. To cancel and request a credit, email us at [email protected].

Workshop credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to merchandise purchases. We are unable to offer credits of any kind, or honor reschedule requests with less than 48 hours advance notice.

* Credits cannot be given for any registrations for workshops hosted by visiting / out-of-town instructors or instructors not affiliated with Yoga Hive Montana. Due to the nature of these one-time-only workshops, all events  hosted by special guests are subject to this policy. Thank you for understanding!

In the event the studio cancels the workshop, a full refund will be issued to each participant.


About Our Policy
Our workshops require a great deal of pre-planning, including ordering supplies and tools, booking staff and making commitments to pay our instructors -- all based on the number of students who register. When students ask to cancel or reschedule at the last minute, we lose money. As a small business, we are unable to absorb these costs and still keep our class prices low.

In fairness to all of our participants, we are unable to make exceptions to our policy, including for reasons of illness, travel or work hours. If you are unable to attend a worship at the last minute, we suggest giving your spot to a friend.

Private Class Cancellation Policy

• Full payment is charged at booking.
  
• We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for private classes.
• Payment will be forfeited if you cancel a private session with less than 24-hours notice.
• Cancellation or rescheduling of a private class more than 24-hours before the appointment will be credited to your account.
• If you are late for a private class, the class will end at the originally designated time.

Private Parties Cancellation Policy

• Full payment will be charged at booking.
• We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for private parties.
• Payment will be forfeited if you cancel a private party session with less than 24-hours notice.
• Private parties who cancel more than 24-hours advance notice of the party will have the booking accounts credited.
  
• If you are late for a private party, it will end at the originally designated time.

Retreat Cancellation Policy

Please note that because Yoga Hive Montana/Mountain Song Yoga Retreats are limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

• HOLD DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Hold deposits (minus $100 USD re-listing fee) are transferable to another attendee found and assigned by original attendee.
• Full balance due 8 weeks before start date of retreat unless otherwise noted.
• Cancellation requests submitted within 31-59 days of retreat date, 25% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded.
• Within 30 days of your retreat: sorry, but no refunds given, no exceptions.
• Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee.

No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please know it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat or for arriving late or leaving early. We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Yoga Hive Montana/Mountain Song Yoga Retreats will be refunded. Notification of cancellation for this reason will occur at least 1 month prior to retreat start date. Yoga Hive Montana/Mountain Song Yoga Retreats cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.

Yoga Teacher Training Cancellation Policy

• A nonrefundable $500 deposit is required to hold your spot. That $500 is applied toward your total investment.
  
• All tuition must be paid in full before the start of training.
  
• Cancellations made 90 days or more before the training are eligible for a full refund, less the $500 nonrefundable deposit. 
  
• Cancellations 31-60 days are 25% refundable. 
  
• Cancellations made less than 30 days are not refundable. 
  
• All nonrefundable amounts are eligible to be used within 18 months towards another Yoga Teacher Training.
  
• Payment plans are available upon request!

Covid Travel Update

Please note that if the retreat has to be postponed based on international border closures than a credit for guests' hold deposit will be issued to be used for the postponement date. If the retreat happens as scheduled, but a guest decides not to attend based on any other reason than a country's border closure, then the regular cancellation policy (stated above) will be maintained.
If travel around the world is still being disrupted as the retreat nears, the final balance due date will be postponed until a final decision is made at the 1-month mark before the start date.

Disclaimer

Yoga Hive Montana/Mountain Song Yoga Retreats and all persons involved in retreats (herein after referred to as "AGENTS") act only in capacity as AGENTS for the participant in all matters connected with travel, sight-seeing journeys and transportation, and as AGENTS hold themselves free of responsibility for any damaged occasioned by any cause. AGENTS will not be responsible for any damages or expenses or inconveniences caused by late departures or change of schedule, strikes or to their conditions, nor will be responsible for loss or damage to baggage or any part of the participant's belongings. All prices quoted are correct at time of printing, include the cost of operation of the journeys and are subject to currency changes. AGENTS shall not be responsible for personal injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, irregularity or property damage as a result of force majeure or for any other losses or damages incurred by any person or journey participants caused by any delay or change of itinerary or arising out of any act, including, but not limited to, any act of negligence, any person acting for or on behalf of AGENTS for transportation, accommodation or sight-seeing provider or any other persona or entity rendering any of these services or accommodations being offered in connection with this journey. This agreement supersedes all previous oral or written communications, representations, or agreements between the parties. Participants assume the risk involved when participating in yoga, foreign travel, and any and all activities and/or pursuits voluntarily undertaken while participating in the retreat. Participants agree that any and all disputes between Participants and Yoga Hive Montana/Mountain Song Yoga shall be governed by Montana law. Participants agree to mediate any and all disputes prior to the institution of any litigation. In the event of any litigation between the Parties to this agreement involving their respective rights or obligations, such litigation shall take place in Flathead County. Montana and the prevailing party shall be entitled to recovery of reasonable attorney's fees and court costs of litigation. In regards to the stay during the yoga retreat, AGENTS will provide safe, careful instruction and safe premises, but ask that each participant take personal responsibility for their own self-care and (in the unlikely case) for any injuring incurred during retreat. Modifications are given to students with specific needs. If participants are unsure of their physical ability due to previous injuries, they should seek the advice of a healthcare practitioner beforehand.

This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their 'Personally Identifiable Information' (PII) is being used online. PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our website.
We collect information from you when you place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, or enter information on our site. We may use the information we collect from you when you register, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

All sign-up transactions are processed through a separate gateway provider and data management company are not stored or processed on our servers.
We do not use cookies for tracking purposes.
