We're so excited to invite you to our New Moon women's event, Buti style! Join Shayna and Lisa in a safe, sacred, non-judgmental space where all women are welcome to come as they are and be in a sisterhood of women that truly support them to feel free in the body!

Buti Yoga is a music-driven movement that incorporates dynamic yoga asana with primal movement, cardio-dance bursts & deep core conditioning. Buti is an Indian Marathi word that means a cure that's been hidden away or kept secret. The spiral structure technique® Is used to activate our deep core muscles paired with intentional shaking & vibration to release trauma stored at the cellular level.
How to Prepare
How to Dress
Dress comfortably, in clothing you can move in. Wear light fabrics that breathe well. We're going to sweat!
What to Bring
Bring your yoga mat and water...and maybe a small hand towel to whisk away sweat.
Feel free to bring blocks and a bolster if you have them, however studio props will be available for your use.
