What makes Yoga Hive different?
We're a 100% Online LIVE on Zoom program! Our instructors are with you, on our mats, LIVE throughout our time together and are available for questions outside of our scheduled meetings. Our online training is just as hands-on as if you were sitting in front of us in our studio!
Through our 3 weekends of training, Live Wednesday night meetings, and 45 hours of recorded modules, we'll cover all of the material together; providing ample time for discussion, breakdowns, questions, practice teaching and more! You'll also be partnered with an accountability buddy to work with as you have questions on material, to work with for practice teaching and for any general support you may need during our training.

I think my biggest hesitation at first with Yoga Hive's YTT was my age (I was 58 when I signed up). Also, I really didn't think I wanted to teach yoga, so what would be the point? But then life happened in a big way, and when I read the outline for the training, I saw that it was about much more than learning how to sequence (teach) a class, and I knew it was exactly what I needed at exactly the right time. I think the biggest change I've noticed in my life since completing the training (changes that began even before the training, from reading the required texts) has been learning about what makes me, me. Good and bad. And giving me tools to deal with the stressors of life. And of course, developing a daily devotional practice.
