Ceremonial Cacao is beneficial to the whole mind-body-spirit.
Physically, Cacao improves circulation, mood, and focus, helps soothe the nervous system, relieves stress and tension, and promotes relaxation while simultaneously increasing vital energy.
Cacao also enhances creativity and emotional awareness, allows energy to move from mind to heart, promotes feelings of bliss, understanding, and belonging, and helps us connect more deeply with Self and Other.

Much different than any chocolate you’ll find on a grocery store shelf, Ceremonial Cacao is made from single-origin “heirloom” beans, grown in traditional ways, specifically intended for ceremonial purposes. The type of tree grown, the way the trees are planted, tended to, and harvested, and the way the beans are processed and packaged is unrecognizable from the modern chocolate industry. This slow, in-tune, respectful, and intentional process is much more in-line with the reverence ancient cultures held Cacao in for millennia. This deeply translates in the energetics of the final product.
Still utilized in some Mayan cultures today, Cacao is a sacred plant teacher and ally. Theobroma Cacao (Theo meaning food + Broma meaning God) has been prized as a potent healing food and medicine throughout many indigenous cultures throughout history. Some even traded it as currency, they found it so valuable.
Ceremonial Cacao retains the beneficial fats and minerals (unlike cacao found in stores), offering enormous benefit to mind, body, and spirit. She has much wisdom to offer if we can learn to hear her whispers.

Kaci Sage is a Somatic Self-Healing Mentor, Ceremonialist, Conscious Copywriter, and Children’s Book Author. She also holds certifications in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and CBT, REBT Life Coaching.
