Dress comfortably, in clothing you can move in. Wear light fabrics that breathe well. We're going to sweat! What to Bring Bring your yoga mat and water...and maybe a small hand towel to whisk away sweat. Feel free to bring blocks and a bolster if you have them, however studio props will be available for your use. |
