Winter Solstice Sound Bath
Winter Solstice is an astronomical phenomenon which marks the day with the shortest period of daylight and longest period of night of the year. It occurs when earth has its maximum tilt away from the Sun. The Holiday of the Winter Solstice celebrates the presence of Spirit and the power of faith and hope that our visions of the future will come into manifestation, including the return of the light. Winter Solstice is not about having the light. It's more about turning inward, reflecting on what is and resting from the long season of cultivation.

Our gathering will be one for the entire body, mind and spirit. We can't wait to share this experience with you! In this special Solstice event, we'll enjoy gentle movement to nourish the body. To deepen our experience we'll bring in chanting to attune our vibration field to the Earth, helping to clear the mind from past distractions and ground oneself into the present moment. Our experience will be highlighted by the delightful accompaniment of the playing of the crystal sound bowls to invite energetic movement within the body, enhancing the release of past stresses or traumas, allowing you to sink full into this magical season of the Winter Solstice.
Dress comfortably, in clothing that moves and breathes, and perhaps in layers so that you can adjust your comfort as the event unfolds.
