Join us for a 7-Week Chakra Journey of the Senses!

We will be focusing on sharing wisdom, healing and opening each chakra.
We we begin with a tea and essences to start our sound journey. Join us and dive deep into bliss.

Journey deep within as Melissa Breslow leads you to a place of balance and harmony with a Sound Bath for Rejuvenation. Feel your nervous system relax allowing your body to heal. Find yourself connected back to nature as you explore, create, and receive downloads as your mind drifts into theta brain waves. Breathe in the blissful magical vibrations of the Crystal Tones chakra alchemy sound bowls, chimes, and gongs. Each crystal bowl is blown with different precious gems and metals to magnify healing vibrations and bring in the powerful frequencies to leave you feeling restored, refreshed and renewed. Shine your heart open as we transcend the boundaries of time and space with love.
Get cozy as we create a peaceful space to settle in. We will begin with breath to ground and become present. Then come laying down to let all worries melt away as the loving vibrations wash over you.

How to Prepare

Dress easefully, in layers, to help control your comfort throughout the Sound Bath.

We always invite you to bring water to keep your body hydrated. As the instrumental sounds release energy throughout your body, you may feel a greater need to hydrate.

Feel free to bring your favorite yoga props to create your special space, but know that mats, blankets and bolsters are always available for your use.

Investment

This special weekly class may be booked using a Single or One-Off Pass and any of your Unlimited Memberships, including your Year of Unlimited Mat and/or Aerial Memberships! No class packs may be used to book this class.
